In the interest of public service and on motion of Councilor Cynthia G. Cajudo, with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present,

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to enact the following Ordinance:


ORDINANCE NO. 22
(Series of 2005)

AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF SIX MILLION SIX HUNDRED SIXTY THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED TWENTY FIVE PESOS AND 74/100 (PHP6,660,325.74) FOR PAYMENT OF VARIOUS PRIORITY PROJECTS (CALENDAR YEAR 2004) OF THE CITY OF OLONGAPO.


BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD IN SESSION ASSEMBLED, THAT:

SECTION 1. The amount of Six Million Six Hundred Sixty Thousand Three Hundred Twenty Five Pesos and 74/100 (PhP6,660,325.74) is hereby appropriated from the Unappropriated Balance of the General Fund not otherwise appropriated and the same is hereby made available for payment of various Priority Projects (Calendar Year 2004) of the City of Olongapo to wit:

TOTAL PhP6,660,325.74



SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.


SECTION 3. The pertinent letter request of the Honorable City Mayor James Gordon, Jr. dated March 1, 2005, and a Certificate of Availability of Funds dated March 29, 2005 issued by Mr. Marcelino D. Andawi, City Treasurer are hereby made as integral parts of this Ordinance.

SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
