In the interest of public service and on joint motion of Councilors Cynthia G. Cajudo and Edwin J. Piano, with the majority decision of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present,

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to enact the following Ordinance:


ORDINANCE NO. 30
(Series of 2005)

AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF THREE HUNDRED TWENTY SEVEN THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED PESOS (PHP327,200.00)
AS FUND AID TO THE LOCAL TELECOMMUNICATIONS BOARD


BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD IN SESSION ASSEMBLED, THAT:

SECTION 1. The amount of Three Hundred Twenty Seven Thousand Two Hundred Pesos (PhP327,200.00) is hereby appropriated from the reversion of 2005 appropriation for Barangay Grievance Board (BGB) and the same is hereby made available to the item Aid to Local Telecommunications and Information Technology Board under the Office of the City Mayor.

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

SECTION 3. The pertinent letter request of the Honorable City Mayor James Gordon, Jr., dated April 22, 2005 is hereby made as an integral part of this Ordinance.

SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
