2011 R - 135 - A Resolution Authorizing the City of Olongapo to Avail of the Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) Registration Program of the Development Bank of the Philippines by Enrolling the City’s Composting Project with DBP’s CDM Programme of Activities for Composting and Authorizing the Mayor of the City to Discuss with, Negotiate and Enter into an Agreement with the Development Bank of the Philippines and Such Other Entities, for the Purpose of Applying Under the Clean Development Mechanism of the Kyoto Protocol of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, and for Other Purposes.
