In the interest of public service and on motion of Councilor Cynthia G. Cajudo, with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present,

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to enact the following Ordinance:


ORDINANCE NO. 32
(Series of 2005)

AN ORDINANCE REVERTING THE AMOUNT OF FOURTEEN THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED NINETY TWO PESOS (PHP14,892.00) UNDER THE
ITEM SUBSCRIPTION EXPENSES TO THE ITEM PERSONAL
SERVICES OF THE CITY ASSESSOR

BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD IN SESSION ASSEMBLED, THAT:

SECTION 1. The amount of Fourteen Thousand Eight Hundred Ninety Two Pesos (PhP14,892.00) is hereby reverted from the item Subscription Expenses under Maintenance & Other Operating Expenses to the following items under Personal Services of the Office of the City Assessors, to wit:

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

SECTION 3. The pertinent letter request of the Honorable City Mayor James Gordon, Jr. dated May 09, 2005 and letter of Mr. Oscar DG. Agustin, City Assessor dated 3 March 2005 are hereby made as integral parts of this Ordinance.

SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
