In the interest of public service and on motion of Councilor Cynthia G. Cajudo co-sponsored by Councilor Anselmo A. Aquino, with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present,

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to enact the following Ordinance:

ORDINANCE NO. 02
(Series of 2005)

AN ORDINANCE REVERTING THE AMOUNT OF TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (PHP200,000.00) FROM THE ITEM MOTOR
VEHICLE – CAPITAL OUTLAY (CO) TO THE ITEM GASOLINE,
OIL AND LUBRICANTS EXPENSE – MAINTENANCE AND
OTHER OPERATING EXPENSES (MOOE) BOTH UNDER
THE PUBLIC UTILITIES DEPARTMENT

BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD IN SESSION ASSEMBLED, THAT:

SECTION . 1. The amount of Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (PhP200,000.00) is hereby reverted from the item Motor Vehicle – Capital Outlay (CO) to the item Gasoline, Oil And Lubricants Expense – Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses (MOOE) both under the Public Utilities Department.

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

SECTION 3. The pertinent letter request of Honorable City Mayor James Gordon, Jr. dated December 17, 2004 and letter request dated December 6, 2004 of Ms. Julie U. Reyes, General Manager, PUD are hereby made as integral parts of this Ordinance.

SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
