RESOLUTION NO. 02
(Series of 2005)

A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE RETAINING WALL AT THE ENGINEERING MOTORPOOL (TRANSCON)


WHEREAS, the City had recently approved the list of priority infrastructure projects to be funded by receivables from Subicwater and Sewerage Company;

WHEREAS, however, in a letter by the City Mayor, Honorable James Gordon Jr., dated January 10, 2005, the said list was amended. The source of funding thereof shall be from General and PAGCOR Funds instead since funds from Subicwater has not been forwarded to the City;

WHEREAS, one of the projects covered by the said amendment is the construction of the retaining wall at the Engineering Motorpool (Transcon) which will amount to Php1,243,158.23 under the General Fund;

NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of Councilor Anselmo A. Aquino, with the unanimous accord of the members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present,

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to approve, as it hereby approves the construction of the retaining wall at the Engineering Motorpool (Transcon).
