A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT OF
MS. KEREN G. CAJUDO, AS CITY GOVERNMENT DEPARTMENT HEAD II (CITY CIVIL REGISTRAR), SG-26, UNDER THE OFFICE OF THE CITY CIVIL REGISTRAR


WHEREAS, the City Mayor has appointed Ms. Keren G. Cajudo as City Department Head II, City Civil Registrar pursuant to Civil Service Laws, Rules and Regulations;

WHEREAS, Section 454(d) of Republic Act 7160, otherwise known as the Local Government Code of 1991, provides that heads of departments shall be appointed by the City Mayor with the concurrence of the majority of all Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod;

NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of Councilor Gina G. Perez, with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present,

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to confirm, as it hereby confirms the appointment of MS. KEREN G. CAJUDO as City Government Department Head II (City Civil Registrar), SG-26 under the City Civil Registrar which effects the appropriation in the amount of Two Hundred Eighty One Thousand Sixty Four Pesos (P281,064.00) in the item City Government Department Head II under the account “Salaries” of the Environmental Sanitation Management Office.

RESOLVED FURTHER, AS IT IS HEREBY FURTHER RESOLVED, that copies of this Resolution be furnished MS. KEREN G. CAJUDO and the Civil Service Commission thru the Personnel Office of the City of Olongapo for their information and reference.
