AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF EIGHTEEN MILLION FIVE HUNDRED FIFTY EIGHT THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED SEVENTY TWO PESOS AND 84/100 (PHP18,558,272.84) CHARGEABLE TO THE GENERAL FUND AND TEN MILLION PESOS (PHP10,000,000.00) CHARGEABLE TO THE PAGCOR FUND FOR VARIOUS
INFRASTURCTURE PROJECTS IN OLONGAPO CITY
BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD IN SESSION ASSEMBLED, THAT:
SECTION 1. The amount of Eighteen Million Five Hundred Fifty Eight Thousand Two Hundred Seventy Two Pesos and 84/100 (Php18,558,272.84) is hereby appropriated from the General Fund and Ten Million Pesos (PhP10,000,000.00) chargeable to the PAGCOR FUND for various infrastructure projects in Olongapo City to wit:

SECTION 3. The pertinent letter request of Honorable City Mayor James Gordon, Jr. dated January 10, 2005 and Certificate of Availability of Funds dated January 11, 2005 issued by Mr. Marcelino D. Andawi, City Treasurer are hereby made as integral parts of this Ordinance.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
