In the interest of public service and on motion of Councilor Cynthia G. Cajudo, with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present,

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to enact the following Ordinance:

ORDINANCE NO. 05
(Series of 2005)

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ALL ORDINANCES RELATED TO
SECTION 10-B OF ORDINANCE NO. 32, SERIES OF 2001
(ID RENEWAL FOR BUS AND JEEPNEY ONLY)

BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD IN SESSION ASSEMBLED, THAT:

SECTION . 1. Section 10-B of Ordinance No. 32, Series of 2001 as amended is hereby further amended as :

Identification cards (IDs) of Public Utility Jeepney and Minibus Drivers shall be renewable every three (3) years which shall correspond to the amount of Ninety pesos
(PhP90.00)

SECTION 2. Renewal shall be under the conditions stated below :

a. Replacement of IDs for a given period of use and their corresponding costs :
One (1) year - PhP30.00
Two (2) years - PhP60.00
More than 2 years - PhP90.00

b. If lost, the driver will provide for an affidavit of loss and shall have to pay Php90.00 for its replacement.

SECTION 3. Any Ordinance or parts thereof which are inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed and/or amended accordingly.

SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
