RESOLUTION NO. 40

A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REMAINING PRIORITY
PROJECT FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2003


WHEREAS, the City Government pursues its developmental initiatives by implementing the remaining priority project for the fiscal year 2003;

WHEREAS, the construction of a school stage at Iram Elementary School (Phase I), Barangay New Cabalan will provide venue for school activities in the said school;

WHEREAS, the abovementioned project is indispensable for the city’s endeavor to be of better service to the people of Olongapo;

NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of Councilor Anselmo A. Aquino, with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present,

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to approve, as it hereby approves the remaining priority project for the fiscal year 2003.

RESOLVED FURTHER, AS IT IS HEREBY FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of the said priority project shall form part of this Resolution.
