RESOLUTION NO. 59
(Series of 2005)

A RESOLUTION EXPRESSING SYMPATHY TO THE BEREAVED
FAMILY OF MR. LEONCIO BUGARIN DALLUAY, SR.

WHEREAS, Mr. Leoncio Bugarin Dalluay, Sr., one of the City’s prominent undertakers and socio-civic leaders, died on May 8, 2005 at the age of 75;

WHEREAS, Mr. Dalluay will always be remembered as venturer, the unconventional businessman and as a father who cultivated within his children patience, hardwork and dedication, he himself exemplified. As such, his children continued and loved the business he established with utmost ingenuity;

WHEREAS, on top of his busy schedule, Mr. Dalluay found time to direct his energies in socio-civic activities and was a firm supporter of various City programs and projects. His business stood as witness to countless acts of charity he willingly shared;

WHEREAS, the City Government of Olongapo joins the Dalluay Family in this moment of grief and prays that God’s enduring presence will help them cope with the loss of their patriarch;

NOW, THEREFORE, with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present;

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to express, as it hereby expresses Sympathy To The Bereaved Family Of Mr. Leoncio Bugarin Dalluay, Sr.
