RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to enact the following Ordinance:


ORDINANCE NO. 06
(Series of 2004)

AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF ONE MILLION THREE HUNDRED FORTY FOUR THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED SIXTY TWO PESOS & 65/100 (PHP1,344,662.65) FOR THE THREE INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT OF OLONGAPO CITY CHARGEABLE AGAINST PAGCOR FUNDS


BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD IN SESSION ASSEMBLED, THAT:

SECTION 1. The amount of One Million Three Hundred Forty Four Thousand Six Hundred Sixty Two Pesos & 65/100 (PhP1,344,622.65) is hereby appropriated for the Three (3) Infrastructure Project of Olongapo City Chargeable against PAGCOR Funds to wit:

SECTION 2. This appropriation Ordinance shall be subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

SECTION 3. The pertinent letter request of Honorable James Gordon. Jr., dated July 14, 2004, 2004, and the Certificate of Availability of Funds dated July 21, 2004 issued by Mr. Marcelino D. Andawi, City Treasurer are hereby made as integral parts of this Ordinance.

SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
