Call to Order

City Vice Mayor and Presiding Officer Rolen C. Paulino, called the special session to order at 10:00 in the morning. Thereupon, after the quorum was determined, the body proceeded directly to tackle its business for the day which dealt on the following agenda:

1. A Resolution Signifying Strong Desire To Establish Sister-City Relations With Kobe, Japan And To Authorize The Honorable City Mayor, James Gordon, Jr. To Enter Into A Covenant With The City And To Sign Legal And Pertinent Documents Relative Thereto.

The said resolution was unanimously approved by the body.


Adjournment

There being no further business to be discussed, the session was adjourned at 10:30 in the morning.
