RESOLUTION NO. 45
(Series of 2004)

A RESOLUTION INTERPOSING NO OBJECTION TO THE INSTALLATION AND OPERATION OF DIGITEL MOBILE PHILIPPINES, INC. (DMPI)/SUN CELLULAR CELLSITE/ GSM ANTENNA AT THE PROPERTY OF JULIET REYES, LOCATED AT BLOCK 1 UPPER FEDERICO, GORDON HEIGHTS, OLONGAPO CITY


WHEREAS, Digitel Mobile Philippines, Inc. (DMPI) a corporation duly organized and existing under Philippine Laws, with principal office located at 27/F Galleria Corporate Center, EDSA corner Poveda, Quezon City requested the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Olongapo to allow the construction, installation and operation of a Digitel/Sun Cellular antenna at the property of Juliet Reyes, located at Block 1 Upper Federico, Gordon Heights, this City;

WHEREAS, Barangay Gordon Heights, after public consultation, passed Resolution 14, Series of 2004, approving the said request and placed on record that no objection had been noted for the said construction;

WHEREAS, with Digitel’s well-known capability of providing world class telecommunication system that produces seamless cellular coverage and accessibility, residents and subscribers of Digitel/Sun Cellular in the City and adjoining areas will be assured of uninterrupted link to personal and business communications;

NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of Councilor Edwin J. Piano, with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present,

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to interpose, as it hereby interposes no objection to the installation and operation of Digitel Mobile Philippines, Inc. (DMPI) / Sun Cellular Cellsite / GSM Antenna at the property of Juliet Reyes, located at Block 1, Upper Federico, Gordon Heights, Olongapo City.

Let a copy of this Resolution be furnished the Digitel Mobile Philippines, Inc. (DMPI) for their information and record.
