RESOLUTION NO. 47
(Series of 2004)

A RESOLUTION COMMENDING, MR. MARIO MEDINA, CHAIRMAN, CABALAN TRANSPORT SERVICE COOPERATIVE, INC. (CTSCI) AND
MR. RUBEN AGUAS, PRESIDENT, ZONE V, NEW CABALAN TRANSPORT OPERATORS AND DRIVERS ASSOCIATION (NCTODA)
FOR ACCOMPLISHING 100% COMPLIANCE RATE
WITH THE ANNUAL VEHICLE INSPECTION


WHEREAS, the Transportation Sector is blessed to have leaders who do not only faithfully follow the rules but seek to build their members as part of the accomplished genre;

WHEREAS, Mr. Mario Medina, former chairman of Cabalan Transport Service Cooperative, Inc. (CTSCI) and now its General Manager, led the said cooperative with full dedication, commitment and servanthood spirit;

WHEREAS, through his leadership capability CTSCI made significant strides, as all owners of its 55 authorized units complied with the Annual Vehicle Inspection for 5 consecutive years;

WHEREAS, on the other hand, Mr. Ruben Aguas, President of Zone V, New Cabalan Transport Operators and Drivers Association (NCTODA) led all 40 authorized unit owners to comply to the Annual Vehicle Inspections for 3 years in a row. Through his effective leadership, the City is confident that other positive prospects for their cooperative will be raised;

WHEREAS, their 100% compliance to the said directive is worth emulating by all transport groups;

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to commend, as it hereby commends Mr. Mario Medina, Chairman, Cabalan Transport Service Cooperative, Inc (CTSCI) and Mr. Ruben Aguas, President, Zone V, New Cabalan Transport Operators and Drivers Association (NCTODA) for accomplishing 100% compliance rate with the Annual Vehicle Inspection.

Let copies of this Resolution be furnished Mr. Mario Medina, Chairman, Cabalan Transport Service Cooperative, Inc (CTSCI) and Mr. Ruben Aguas, President, Zone V, New Cabalan Transport Operators and Drivers Association (NCTODA) for their information and record.
