RESOLUTION NO. 25
(Series of 2005)

A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ANNUAL BUDGET OF
BARANGAY WEST BAJAC-BAJAC, CITY OF OLONGAPO
FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2005


On motion of Councilor Edwin J. Piano, with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present,

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to approve, as it hereby approves the Barangay Budget of Barangay West Bajac-Bajac, City of Olongapo for the Calendar Year 2005 considering that the budget as contained in Barangay Appropriation Ordinance No. 01, Series of 2004 of Barangay West Bajac-Bajac, upon review by the Sangguniang Panlungsod, has substantially complied with the requirements and limitation set forth under R.A. No. 7160 or the Local Government Code of 1991 and other pertinent issuances, circulars and memoranda with respect to Barangay Budgets: PROVIDED, that the City Accountant is enjoined to observe that the conditions enumerated by the City Budget Officer in his endorsement letter of February 24, 2005 on the matter which form an integral part of this Resolution are strictly complied with, and the requirements imposed by City Resolution No. 3, Series of 1996 are fully satisfied.
