A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE LIST OF PRIORITY
PROJECTS OF YEAR 2005, BATCH FOUR

WHEREAS, there are infrastructure needs in the City requiring approval of the City Council;

WHEREAS, these infrastructure projects together with the attached program of works, are hereby listed as the following:

NOW, THEREFORE, on joint motion of Councilors Anselmo A. Aquino and Cynthia G. Cajudo, with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present,

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to approve, as it hereby approves the List of Priority Projects of Year 2005, Batch Four.

RESOLVED FURTHER, AS IT IS HEREBY FURTHER RESOLVED, that this resolution shall take effect upon its approval.

Let copies of this Resolution be furnished the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), and the Office of the City Treasurer for their information and guidance.
