In the interest of the public service and on motion of Councilor Cynthia G. Cajudo, with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present,

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to enact the following Ordinance:


ORDINANCE NO. 09
(Series of 2004)

AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF ONE MILLION
TWO HUNDRED TWENTY THOUSAND FIFTY NINE PESOS AND 34/100 (PHP1,220,059.34) AS 2ND PARTIAL PAYMENT FOR THE PURCHASE
OF A PARCEL OF LOT AT OLD CABALAN, THIS CITY PURSUANT
TO THE CONDITIONAL SALE ENTERED INTO BY AND BETWEEN
THE CITY OF OLONGAPO AND THE NATIONAL
DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION

BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD IN SESSION ASSEMBLED, THAT:

SECTION 1. The amount of One Million Two Hundred Twenty Thousand Fifty Nine Pesos and 34/100 (PhP1,220,059.34) is hereby appropriated for the 2nd partial payment for the purchase of a parcel of lot at Old Cabalan, this City pursuant to the Conditional Sale entered into by and between the City of Olongapo and the National Development Corporation chargeable against the Trust Fund Account (Sale of Government Lots)

SECTION 2. This appropriation Ordinance shall be subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

SECTION 3. The Certification of Availability of Funds issued on 10 August 2004 by Mr. Marcelino D. Andawi, City Treasurer, this City and Resolution 123, Series of 2002 are hereby made as integral parts of this Ordinance.

SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
