In the interest of public service and on motion of Councilor Bella P. Asuncion, with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present,

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to enact the following Ordinance:


ORDINANCE NO. 27
(Series of 2004)

AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (PHP100,000.00) CHARGEABLE TO THE TOURISM RELATED ACTIVITY UNDER THE 20% DEVELOPMENT FUND,
OFFICE OF THE CITY MAYOR

BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD IN SESSION ASSEMBLED, THAT:

SECTION 1. The sum of One Hundred Thousand Pesos (PhP100,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the General Fund chargeable to the Tourism Related Activity under the 20% Development Fund, Office of the City Mayor for the commitment of the City to the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between the City and the Live n’ Loud Event Productions.

SECTION 2. This appropriation Ordinance shall be subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

SECTION 3. The pertinent letter request of Honorable City Mayor James Gordon, Jr. dated October 27, 2004 and the Certificate of Availability of Funds dated October 27, 2004 issued by Mr. Marcelino D. Andawi, City Treasurer are hereby made as integral parts of this Ordinance.
