RESOLUTION NO. 30
(Series of 2005)

A RESOLUTION CONVEYING DEEPEST SYMPATHIES TO THE BEREAVED FAMILY OF THE LATE KAGAWAD CAMELA R. DOMINGO


WHEREAS, Hon. Camela R. Domingo, elected Barangay Councilor of Asinan, Olongapo City last 2002 Barangay Election peacefully joined her Creator on March 19, 2005;

WHEREAS, as one of the most loved and respected official of the said barangay, Councilor Domingo had devoted her life in public service from 1997 when she was appointed Purok Leader up to her last breath as elected Barangay Kagawad;

WHEREAS, as a public servant, she handled the Committee on Health and Sanitation of Barangay Asinan and effectively performed her duties;

WHEREAS, the City Council acknowledges Kagawad Camela R. Domingo’s leadership, dedication and devotion to public service;

WHEREAS, the City Council joins the Domingo family in their moment of pain and grief and prays that God’s love will be in their midst;

NOW, THEREFORE, with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present,

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to convey, as it hereby conveys Deepest Sympathies to the Bereaved Family of the Late Kagawad Camela R. Domingo.

Let a copy of this resolution be furnished the bereaved family of Kagawad Camela R. Domingo for their information and record.
