RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to enact the following Ordinance:


ORDINANCE NO. 10
(Series of 2004)

AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF ONE HUNDRED SIXTY THREE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED TWENTY EIGHT PESOS & 03/100 (PHP163,428.03) FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF G.I. PIPE ON ARC FRAME WITH POLYCARBONATE COVER ALONG RIZAL AVENUE
FOR THE COVERED COURT AT RIZAL TRIANGLE PARK OF
OLONGAPO CITY CHARGEABLE AGAINST PAGCOR FUND


BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD IN SESSION ASSEMBLED, THAT:

SECTION 1. The amount of One Hundred Sixty Three Thousand Four Hundred Twenty Eight Pesos & 03/100 (PhP163,428.03) is hereby appropriated for the construction of G.I. Pipe on Arc Frame with Polycarbonate cover along Rizal Avenue for the covered court at Rizal Triangle Park of Olongapo City chargeable against PAGCOR Funds.

SECTION 2. This appropriation Ordinance shall be subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

SECTION 3. The pertinent letter request of Honorable James Gordon. Jr., City Mayor dated July 15, 2004, and the Certificate of Availability of Funds dated July 21, 2004 issued by Mr. Marcelino D. Andawi, City Treasurer are hereby made as integral parts of this Ordinance.

SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
