In the interest of public service and on motion of Councilor Anselmo A. Aquino, with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present,

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to enact the following Ordinance:


ORDINANCE NO. 28
(Series of 2004)

AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE TRANSFER OF ONE MILLION FOUR HUNDRED FOURTEEN THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED EIGHTY FIVE PESOS
AND 72/100 (PHP1,414,285.72) FOR RECOGNITION OF INCOME FROM THE
ACCUMULATED RECEIPTS COLLECTED FROM OLONGAPO CITY CONVENTION CENTER OPERATIONS AND DEPOSITED UNDER THE TRUST FUND ACCOUNT IN TRUST FOR THE OLONGAPO CITY CONVENTION CENTER, AND APPROPRIATING THE SAME TO THE ITEM ELECTRICITY EXPENSE UNDER MAINTENANCE AND OTHER OPERATING EXPENSES OF THE OLONGAPO CITY CONVENTION CENTER

BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD IN SESSION ASSEMBLED, THAT:

SECTION 1. The amount of One Million Four Hundred Fourteen Thousand Two Hundred Eighty Five Pesos and 72/100 (PhP1,414,285.72) is hereby approved for transfer and is recognized as income from the accumulated receipts collected from Olongapo City Convention Center operations and deposited under the Trust Fund account

in trust for the Olongapo City Convention Center, and appropriating the same to the item electricity expense under Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses of the Olongapo City Convention Center.

SECTION 2. This appropriation Ordinance shall be subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

SECTION 3. The pertinent letter request of Honorable City Mayor James Gordon, Jr. dated October 21, 2004, letter request dated October 20, 2004 of Mr. Glenn M. Fabricante, Overall Coordinator and are hereby made as integral parts of this Ordinance.
