In the interest of public service and on motion of Councilor Cynthia G. Cajudo, with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present,

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to enact the following Ordinance:

ORDINANCE NO. 30
(Series of 2004)

AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF FIVE MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY FOUR THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED FIFTY NINE PESOS AND 26/100 (PHP5,754,459.26) FOR THE PAYMENT OF COMPLETED WORKS AT THE OLONGAPO CITY MALL

BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD IN SESSION ASSEMBLED, THAT:

SECTION 1. The amount of Five Million Seven Hundred Fifty Four Thousand Four Hundred Fifty Nine Pesos and 26/100 (PhP5,754,459.26) is hereby appropriated for the payment of completed works at the Olongapo City Mall to be taken from the balance of the loan proceeds from Land Bank of the Philippines.

SECTION 2. This appropriation Ordinance shall be subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

SECTION 3. The pertinent letter request of the Honorable City Mayor James Gordon, Jr., dated September 28, 2004 and the Certificate of Availability of Funds dated October 19, 2004 issued by Mr. Marcelino D. Andawi, City Treasurer are hereby made as integral parts of this Ordinance.

SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
