In the interest of public service and on motion of Councilor Cynthia G. Cajudo, with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present,

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to enact the following Ordinance:


ORDINANCE NO. 32
(Series of 2004)

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE NO. 67, SERIES
OF 1997 OTHERWISE KNOWN AS “AN ORDINANCE FURTHER AMENDING
SECTION 5 OF ORDINANCE NO. 3, SERIES OF 1983 KNOWN AS THE
JEEPNEY ORDINANCE OF 1983”

BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD IN SESSION ASSEMBLED, THAT:

SECTION 1. Section 1 of Ordinance No. 67, Series of 1997 as amended is hereby further amended by authorizing additional twenty one (21) body numbers from 080 to 101.

SECTION 2. The increased authorized body numbers in J-05 route mentioned in Section 1, above shall be issued to Gordon Heights Operators & Drivers Transport Service Cooperative, Inc. (GHODTSCI).

SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
