In the interest of public service and on motion of Councilor Cynthia G. Cajudo, with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present,

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to enact the following Ordinance:


ORDINANCE NO. 33
(Series of 2004)

AN ORDINANCE REVERTING THE AMOUNT OF EIGHTY NINE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED SEVEN PESOS AND 52/100 (PHP89,607.52) TO THE ITEM OFFICE EQUIPMENT UNDER THE CAPITAL OUTLAY OF THE CITY PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT OFFICE


BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD IN SESSION ASSEMBLED, THAT:

SECTION 1. The amount of Eighty Nine Thousand Six Hundred Seven Pesos and 52/100 (PhP89,607.52) is hereby reverted to the item Office Equipment under the Capital Outlay of the City Planning and Development Office to wit:

Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses Amount

Representation Expense PhP50,000.00
Office Supplies Expense 39,607.52

Total PhP89,607.52

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

SECTION 3. The pertinent letter request of Honorable City Mayor James Gordon, Jr. dated November 16, 2004 and letter request dated November 09 and 10, 2004 of Arch. Tony-Kar M. Balde III, City Planning & Development Coordinator are hereby made as integral parts of this Ordinance.
