RESOLUTION NO. 51
(Series of 2004)

A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CONCRETING OF ROAD AND UPGRADING
OF EXISTING DRAINAGE CANAL AT BURGOS ST. , (END OF CONCRETE
TO BONIFACIO ST.), BARANGAY PAG-ASA, THIS CITY


WHEREAS, the city constantly strives to be more responsive to the people it serves. As such additional developments at Burgos St. (end of concrete to Bonifacio St.), Barangay Pag-asa, this City is necessary.

NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of Councilor Anselmo A. Aquino, with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present,

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to approve, as it hereby approves the concreting of road and upgrading of existing drainage canal at Burgos St., (end of concrete to Bonifacio St.). Barangay Pag-asa, this City

RESOLVED, FURTHER, AS IT IS HEREBY FURTHER RESOLVED,that a copy of the said Individual Project Program of Works be made as an integral part of this Resolution.
