A RESOLUTION RATIFYING THE ADDENDUM TO THE CONTRACT ENTERED INTO BY AND BETWEEN THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF OLONGAPO REPRESENTED BY THE HONORABLE CITY MAYOR JAMES GORDON, JR. AND THE SUBIC BAY WORKERS/VOLUNTEERS MULTI-PURPOSE COOPERATIVE, INC., REPRESENTED BY LEILANI C. DEL ROSARIO, GENERAL MANAGER PERTAINING TO THE JANITORIAL SERVICES AT GORDON COLLEGE AND EAST TAPINAC ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

In the interest of public service and on motion of Councilor Noel Y. Atienza, with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present;

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to ratify, as it hereby ratifies The Addendum To The Contract Entered Into By And Between The City Government Of Olongapo Represented By The Honorable City Mayor James Gordon, Jr. And The Subic Bay Workers/Volunteers Multi-Purpose Cooperative, Inc., Represented By Leilani C. Del Rosario, General Manager Pertaining To The Janitorial Services At Gordon College And East Tapinac Elementary School;

RESOLVED, AS IT HEREBY FURTHER RESOLVED, that a signed copy of the said Addendum to the Contract of Janitorial Services dated November 9, 2004 be attached to this resolution.
