In the interest of the public service and on motion of Councilor Cynthia G. Cajudo, with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present,

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to enact the following Ordinance:


ORDINANCE NO. 12
(Series of 2004)

AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING THE AMOUNT OF EIGHT HUNDRED NINETY TWO THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED SIXTY ONE PESOS AND
45/100 (PHP892,361.45) FROM THE TRUST FUND TO GENERAL FUND
ACCOUNT, RECOGNIZING THE SAME AS INCOME FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE AMPHITHEATER TYPE SKILLS
LABORATORY OF THE GORDON COLLEGE


BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD IN SESSION ASSEMBED, THAT:

SECTION 1. The amount of Eight Hundred Ninety Two Thousand Three Hundred Sixty One Pesos and 45/100 (PhP892,361.45) is hereby transferred from the Trust Fund to General Fund Account, recognizing the same as income for the construction of the Amphitheater Type Skills Laboratory of Gordon College.

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

SECTION 3. The pertinent letter request of Honorable City Mayor James Gordon, Jr., dated August 18, 2004, 1st indorsement dated 11 August 2004 of Mr. Edralino P. Cajudo, Chairman, Board of Regents and the letter request dated 9 August 2004 of Ms. Esmenia B. Sitchon, College Administrator, Gordon College and the Certificate of Availability of Funds dated August 18, 2004 issued by Mr. Marcelino D. Andawi, City Treasurer are hereby made as integral parts of this Ordinance.

SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
