WHEREAS, the influx of requests for temporary lease of spaces at the Olongapo City Mall by various entities significantly increased;

NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of Councilor Cynthia G. Cajudo, with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present,

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to enact the following Ordinance:

ORDINANCE NO. 15
(Series of 2004)

AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE PROPOSED RATES FOR TEMPORARY LEASE OF SPACES AT THE OLONGAPO CITY MALL

BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD IN SESSION ASSEMBLED, THAT:

SECTION 1. All rentable spaces not in anyway covered by previous contracts at the Olongapo City Mall shall have the following lease rates on a period not more than six (6) months, to wit:

Daily Lease Rate : Php35.00 per square – meter per day
CUSA : Php 6.00 per square – meter per day
Warehousing Charges : Php20.00 per square – meter per day

SECTION 2. The said rentable spaces shall be charged to a regular kiosk/stall rate upon the renewal thereof for another six (6) months.

SECTION 3. Temporary spaces leased by charitable institutions shall be provided with thirty percent (30%) discount on their daily rate.

SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
